My friend and I were on a long road trip when we discovered we were leaking air in one of our tires. Pulled into Big J’s at 10 o’clock at night; he discovered we did not just have a puncture but rather a cracked rim. Even with other customers, J went above and beyond to correct our issue to the best of his ability. He was transparent and honest throughout the process. Got us 2 hours from Tampa to Fort Myers at a very reasonable price. Big J is the man. 10/10 would recommend

Spectacular service and very responsive. I wasn’t hopeful to find a decent fix after getting a nail in my Tesla tire at 9pm. Big J was my only option at the time, but will be my first option moving forward. It literally could not have been quicker or easier, highly recommend :)

Today my tire busted on me on i75 south and I was lucky enough to get my truck back home in the condition it was in. Called this shop and at first they were closed because of the holiday weekend. Thankfully BJ called and texted me back. It is now 1:49am and I have a new tire thanks to BJ and his partner (I forgot his name just that fast cause I'm sleepy lol). They came to my house where my truck was parked and got the job done. The total price of everything was a very fair price. I am very grateful for their service. I highly recommend this shop if you need a new or replaced tire. Thanks again guys! Lol now that I think about it I think I got his name wrong. But ya get the point of the review. Hit them up!!

Very courteous and easy to communicate with. Came out to the house to handle our Tire that was basically coming off the rim. This is about my third or fourth time going to them for different vehicle vehicles and families vehicles. Every single time it has been a great experience. Definitely highly recommend using them.

Blew a tire on the way with the birthday cake 5 blocks from the destination in Tampa.... they made it out within the hour of calling thank goodness with a reasonable price. They had the tire changed out quickly and told me I could stop by the shop any time to get the tire balanced at no additional charge if I needed. I really appreciated their help as I had to drive back home to St. Pete.
